BDO will not collect personally identifying information about you except when you have knowingly provided it to us.

To enable us to provide you with further information about BDO VWS or to indicate when we may next be visiting your region, we reserve the right to contact you in response to your download request.

In order to monitor our website's performance, we may track your IP address and session time. This information cannot be used to identify you and remains anonymous.

We may place a cookie in the browser files of your computer. The cookie does not contain any personally identifying information. It will enable us to: (a) relate your use of the site to information that you have specifically provided to us, such as a member password for any service we may provide via the website, or (b) allow your browser to track searches you have performed on the site.

BDO will not give, sell, trade or rent any personally identifiable information you may have provided us to a third party except where: (a) you have consented to this (b) where it is reasonable that we do so in the provision of accounting or advisory services to you, or (c) where the law requires us to do so. However, we reserve the right to provide general (but not personally sensitive) information to our software licensor as a means to report general interest in BDO VWS.

We allow you to access all personal information you have given us to make any changes you deem appropriate, or request that we remove personal information you do not wish us to retain.
