How much does the BDO Virtual Winery System cost?

A licence to use the BDO Virtual Winery System costs $1,870 (including GST).  A licence is not time restricted and there are no ongoing costs. A licence will allow you to fully customise features such as reports, year end and other features specific to your business.

Implementing the BDO Virtual Winery System

There are two options for implementing the BDO Virtual Winery System in your business.

Option 1 – Onsite Installation

BDO can fully implement the BDO Virtual Winery System on site for a cost ranging from $5,000 to $12,000 depending on the availability of information.  This includes the software licence cost and user training.

Option 2 – BDO Bureau Service

As an alterative to implementing BDO Virtual Winery System yourself, we offer a bureau service, based in Adelaide.  This will allow you to access the customised reporting benefits without needing to commit the same level of time and resources as an on-site implementation.

This is particularly suited for wineries:

• in a start-up phase
• with less then 10,000 case production
• with no interest or capacity to implement the software themselves

Information required to complete a forecast is provided by you. We then input this information into the BDO Virtual Winery System to generate your unique forecasts.

The cost of this service is determined by the amount of work involved in entering your information and processing reports. Typically, this ranges between $2,000 and $5,000 for the first year, with lower costs for annual updates of your forecasts.
